Challenge
Care Guide Partners, an affiliate of Hosparus Health, was preparing to open the state-of-the-art William B. and Janet B. Schmidt Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The challenge was significant: Care Guide Partners needed to establish a new brand identity that, while connected to the well-known Hosparus Health brand, would stand independently and resonate with a different target audience. Additionally, they needed to enroll eligible participants across a six-county area, including Bullitt, Grayson, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, and Nelson counties. This effort was supported by a substantial $11 million investment in startup costs, with $3 million expected from fundraising and donor support, including a $500,000 lead grant from the Legacy Foundation of Kentuckiana.

Solution
INgrid Design developed a unique brand identity for Care Guide Partners that maintained a connection to Hosparus Health while establishing a distinct presence for the PACE program. The identity system was comprehensive, including visual designs, storytelling elements, signage, and bus wraps, all designed to engage the local community. The advertising campaign was extensive, utilizing print, outdoor, radio, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to reach the target audience effectively. This holistic approach ensured that the message was consistent and impactful across all media, helping build awareness and drive enrollment.

Results
The entire project was delivered on time, meeting the critical deadlines for governmental review. Enrollment began successfully, with numerous individuals referencing the ads when signing up for the program. This demonstrated the effectiveness of the campaign and the strong connection it created with the target audience. The new facility launch was a resounding success, positioning Care Guide Partners as a trusted provider of comprehensive care for the elderly in the region.
