When ATI Technologies acquired New Matic, a manufacturer known for ergonomic industrial tools and torque arm systems, they saw the potential to expand into a niche market with high growth potential.
The products were solid, but the brand wasn’t ready to compete at the level ATI envisioned. The challenge was to create a new name, identity, and web presence that would honor the company’s roots while projecting a modern, innovative image. The goal: position the newly acquired company as a leader in workplace safety and efficiency solutions—integrated within ATI’s portfolio yet distinct in its category.

Working closely with ATI, we guided the renaming process. We built on the legacy of New Matic by retaining its initials in the new name—NMI Innovations—and pairing them with a word that signaled forward thinking, engineering excellence, and product advancement.
We designed a clean, modern logo and visual system that communicates both precision and adaptability. The brand’s look and feel was crafted to work seamlessly across web, print, equipment labeling, and trade show displays.
Website & Visual Assets
We developed a product-focused, easy-to-navigate website showcasing NMI’s torque reaction, torque absorption, and lift-assist solutions in action. The photography and layout emphasize the human benefit—reducing strain, improving safety, and boosting efficiency—while reinforcing ATI’s quality promise.
Messaging throughout the site balances technical credibility with a people-first narrative, positioning NMI Innovations as a trusted partner for ergonomic workplace solutions.
